You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that is:
Offensive, harassing, or discriminatory
Illegal or violates any laws
Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
Infringes on intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments & Fees
Certain features, such as unlocking contact details, require payment. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the "Delete Account" section. When you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion. You can cancel the deletion request within this period. After 30 days, all your data will be permanently removed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs related to PicLink are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
PicLink is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
